How coverage works
From north Tampa out across the bay
Most of our work is in Tampa itself, from the older bungalow streets close to downtown out to the planned communities of New Tampa. Beyond the city line, we cover the parts of Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties listed below.
The pests change as you move around the bay. South Tampa has Asian subterranean termites in the trees and the houses. The neighborhoods built between the 1950s and 1980s have mature yards, older framing and the roof rats that come with oaks and palms. Newer communities to the north have fresh sod, fire ants and builder termite treatments that eventually run out.
Each area page is written for that place, with the figures we could source and the services people there call about most.
