Who we are
Pest, termite and lawn pest work from north Tampa
We work out of an office on East Busch Boulevard, a few minutes from USF and Temple Terrace. Roaches in the kitchen, termites in the framing and chinch bugs in the St. Augustine are all handled from the same phone line, and that line is answered day and night.

What kind of company we are
Our technicians treat homes, lawns and businesses across the Tampa area, from a single drywood colony in a door frame to a full tent, and from a fire ant mound to a chinch bug patch spreading across a back lawn. We inspect before we treat, tell you the method and the price before any work starts, and come back to check baits, monitors and lawn patches afterward.
What we will not do
- Quote a tent price without looking at the house
- Spray a lawn for chinch bugs before confirming they are there
- Treat near a pond, pool or vegetable bed without asking first
- Sell a contract when a one-time visit will do
What we treat
One phone line for the house, the wood and the lawn
Most Tampa properties have more than one problem at a time. Roaches and ants inside, termites in the wood, and insects in the turf often show up in the same season, so we keep all of it on one schedule.

How a job runs
From the first call to the follow-up visit
- 1
The call
You talk to a person at any hour. We ask what you are seeing, where in the house or yard, and how long it has been going on.
- 2
The inspection
A technician looks for the source: frass and kick-out holes, mud tubes on the slab, droppings along the attic edge, or the margin between green and straw-colored turf.
- 3
The plan and the price
You hear what the pest probably is, what we would use and where, how to prepare, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you say yes.
- 4
The treatment
Bait in cabinet hinges, foam in a wall void, a trench along the foundation, a tarp over the roof, or a lawn application, depending on the inspection.
- 5
The follow-up
Termite stations, rodent traps and treated lawn patches get a second look. You know what normal looks like afterward and what is worth a call.

When the line is busy
What happens if we are fully booked
Every call to this number is answered, day or night. When every technician is already booked, a crew is tied up on a fumigation, or an after-hours call needs someone faster than we can get there, the call may be forwarded to another trusted pest control provider in the Tampa area so the problem still gets looked at. That provider sets its own schedule and price, so ask them to explain both before work starts.
Our guides
Who writes the guides on this site
The guides on our blog are edited by Agnes Ogletree, our lawn and pest guides editor. Each one is built from public sources: UF/IFAS extension publications, City of Tampa and Hillsborough County records, and weather and census data, and each figure links back to where it came from. Cost ranges are published ranges from Florida and national cost guides, not quotes. Your price comes after an inspection.

Short answers about the company, the office and how calls are handled.

Tampa is the center of what we do, but we also cover nearby towns in Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties. The service areas page lists them.
Yes. Perimeter work, lanai cages and lawn applications can be lined up on the same visits when the timing suits both.
Not by default. Some problems, like termite bait stations, need ongoing monitoring. Others, like a wasp nest, are one visit. We tell you which yours is.
The same line rings around the clock. If we are fully booked, the call may be forwarded to another provider in the area so you are not left waiting.
